How Much Will It Cost?

Time Limit For Claiming?

You have 3 years from the date of injury to start your claim or to lodge Court proceedings, otherwise you may lose your right to claim compensation.

You will need to lodge a Notice of Claim Form in one of the relevant pre-court processes.  This can be as early as within 9 months of the accident or injury, or within 1 month of contacting a lawyer, which is earlier.
