Frequently Asked Questions

How Much Will It Cost?

All Star Lawyers offers a “No Win No Fee” service to each of its clients, which means that you will only be charged a legal fee when there is a successful outcome.

Our fees are affordable to ensure you are not out of pocket at the end of your claim or worse off.  We will also fund the costs of outlays, such as medical and investigative reports, that are required to run your claim.

Time Limit For Claiming?

You have 3 years from the date of injury to start your claim or to lodge Court proceedings, otherwise you may lose your right to claim compensation.

You will need to lodge a Notice of Claim Form in one of the relevant pre-court processes.  This can be as early as within 9 months of the accident or injury, or within 1 month of contacting a lawyer, which is earlier.
